Add apache ivy configuration into an ant build file

To include Apache Ivy library into the build file:

<path id="ivy.lib.path">
<fileset dir="c:/apps/apache-ivy-2.3.0" includes="*.jar"/>
</path>

<taskdef resource="org/apache/ivy/ant/antlib.xml"
uri="antlib:org.apache.ivy.ant" classpathref="ivy.lib.path"/>

This does not require copying the ivy.jar file into the ant’s lib directory.
